Under certain circumstances, we will have the right to cancel your order and issue a refund to you:

Shipping Address and Billing Address are NOT the same

Credit Card Fraud / Stolen Credit Cards. Payments that were NOT made by directly by the customer.

Items that are no longer available. (i.e. out of stock, system errors that include (but are not limited to) website maintenance & failing to update status of items)

Komehyo Brand Off Asia Limited will hold the final decision for all cancellations and refunds.
